Level 3 Technical Award Examination Booking 

Please ensure you read the following carefully before you proceed.

Have you already registered on this site?  

Do you already have a Candidate Username which begins with the letter 'Q' and a password?

• If you can answer YES to the above questions then click on Login and continue to your own candidate account and through to the examination booking section for Pearson Vue.

• If you answer NO to the above then click on Register and complete the all the details required on the registration page (note - the registration process can take up to 5 working days before a candidate is fully authorised). Once your registration is confirmed to you via email you can Login to the site and proceed with making any One Unit examination bookings.

With Pearson Vue you can reschedule bookings up to 72 hours before the examination, if you need to do this, then login and go to Book an Exam, which will take you to Pearson Vue site and you can reschedule the examination.  With Pearson Vue you can cancel bookings up to 72 hours before the examination, if you need to do this, then login and go to Book an Exam, which will take you to Pearson Vue site and you can cancel the examination and receive a full refund.

Examinations not attended will be charged for and no refund will be given.

Currently the multiple unit discounted prices cannot be applied via the online booking system therefore if you wish to take advantage of these prices then, once you have been approved to book examinations, you will need to call Pearson Vue (telephone 0161 855 7537) to make your booking.

Level 4 Certificate Examination Booking 

Please note that at present only Level 3 Technical Award examinations can be booked on an ongoing basis as described above. 

Level 4 Certificate examinations can only be booked online if you are a registered and authorised Level 4 Certificate candidate and you have been informed that the examination booking window is open and booking is available.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE READ THE CURRENT SYLLABUS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR EXAM

Identification documents needed for admission to examinations (original documents only, no photocopies will be accepted for admission)

For all examinations held at a Pearson VUE Test Centre candidates are required to show evidence of identity when attending examination and will need to take two original forms of acceptable identification documentation and be prepared to provide these at the test centre. 

Candidates will need to take two forms of acceptable identification documentation, one from Group 1 (which must contain (a) a photograph (b) name in Roman characters (c) signature and (d) must be valid) AND one from Group 2 as below:

Please do not book an examination if you do not have the required valid identification documentation; you will not be permitted to take examinations without presenting the correct identification.
